Victoria has worked professionally in the project management training industry since 2002 and has been immersed in the profession for even longer. Growing up in a family deeply involved in project management education, she gained an early understanding of the discipline and its impact on organisational success. Her parents were pioneers in project management training, developing the world’s first accredited online PRINCE2 course in the late 1990s, giving Victoria a unique perspective on how project management practices, qualifications and learning methodologies have evolved over the past three decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since co-founding Training ByteSize in 2012, Victoria has helped shape the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality accredited training and exceptional customer service. Under her leadership, the business supports professionals and organisations across the UK and internationally, helping them develop the skills needed to successfully deliver projects, programmes and business change initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As Managing Director, Victoria oversees strategic growth, key client relationships, commercial operations, budgets, people management and organisational performance. She works closely with individuals, PMOs, project professionals and corporate teams, supporting learning programmes accredited by leading industry bodies including APM, BCS, APMG International and PeopleCert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PRINCE2 and ITIL qualified, Victoria is passionate about professional development, organisational capability and raising standards within project management training. Having witnessed first-hand the evolution of learning from traditional classroom delivery to modern digital learning environments, she is a strong advocate for practical, engaging and results-focused training that delivers measurable outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
