What’s on the AgilePM Foundation Course?
The Agile Project Management AgilePM Foundation course teaches aspiring and current project managers about the various tools and techniques used in agile projects to plan, track, and ensure delivery of quality products in shorter timeframes using a flexible, iterative approach to product development. There are no-prerequisites to take the course, but you would benefit from a little project management knowledge – our APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) is ideal for that.
During the course, you’ll look at the DSDM (Dynamic System Development Method) Framework, which is a tailorable Agile approach to how projects are managed. This includes the history and principles of the DSDM framework, the roles and responsibilities of agile team members, and the tools and techniques that are used in order to maintain agile ways of working.
After passing the AgilePM Foundation exam, you will receive the official AgilePM Foundation certificate and digital badge, so you can showcase your knowledge and skills to your colleagues both inside and outside your organization, receiving the acknowledgement and recognition you deserve for your hard work.

What does the AgilePM Foundation Exam Involve?
The exam is a 40-minute, closed book test made up of 50 multiple choice questions, and the pass mark is 50%. It is designed to test that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of the DSDM Framework and how it is applied in Agile projects.
