ORGANISE YOUR STUDY SPACE<\/h3>\n<p>Remove all distractions! We are all guilty of procrastinating, don\u2019t give yourself the temptation to do so!<\/p>\n<h3>2. USE FLOW CHARTS AND DIAGRAMS<\/h3>\n<p>Visual aids can be really helpful when revising and can often help you to recall information quickly during the exam.<\/p>\n<h3>3. PRACTICE EXAMS<\/h3>\n<p>The best way to test your knowledge ahead of the exam is through sample exam papers. For the online training, we have mock exam simulators and sample exam papers to aid your revision. Try and aim to achieve 70% or higher in these to ensure you are in a good position for the real thing!<\/p>\n<h3>4. AVOID \u2018BRAIN-BLOCKING\u2019 FOOD<\/h3>\n<p>Stay away from foods high in refined sugar before an exam. Stick to \u2018brain\u2019 foods; fish, walnuts, blueberries, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, dried fruits, figs, and prunes and drink plenty of water!<\/p>\n<h3>5. KNOW YOUR ENEMY!<\/h3>\n<p>Find out as much about the exam as possible. For example;<br \/>\nHow long is the exam?<br \/>\nHow many questions does the exam consist of?<br \/>\nWhat type of exam is it (for example, multiple choice, essay, open book)?<br \/>\nPreparation is key!<\/p>\n<h3>6. PLAN YOUR EXAM DAY<\/h3>\n<p>If you\u2019re sitting the exam online, make sure your signed in to the portal and ready to go at least 15 minutes prior to your exam time. If you\u2019re travelling to a test centre plan you\u2019re route and journey ahead of time and arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes before the exam \u2013 you don\u2019t need the stress of being late before you exam!<\/p>\n<h3>7. EASIEST FIRST<\/h3>\n<p>Answer the easiest questions first. Getting one question safely under your belt at the start of an exam is a wonderful boost to confidence, and can help reduce any feelings of panic that might arise when looking at the harder questions.<\/p>\n<h3>8. DON\u2019T GET STUCK, MOVE ON<\/h3>\n<p>Staring at a question you don\u2019t know how to answer is a waste of time and you\u2019d be amazed how often, when coming back to a question after half-an-hour, it suddenly becomes clear.<\/p>\n<h3>9. ANSWER EVERY QUESTION<\/h3>\n<p>Even if you don\u2019t know the answer, guess!<\/p>\n<h3>10.
