purpose of the management dimension of the business case is to demonstrate that robust arrangements are in place for the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the scheme, including feedback into the organisation\u2019s strategic planning cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contents of the Management Case<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programme management governance arrangements (roles, responsibilities, plans etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Project management governance arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Use of specialist advisers<\/li>\n<li>Change and contract management arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Benefits realisation arrangements (including plans and register)<\/li>\n<li>Risk management arrangements (including plans and register)<\/li>\n<li>Post-implementation and evaluation arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Contingency arrangements and
