As co-founder of Training Bytesize Victoria has over a decade worth of experience in the Project Management Training industry. From building Training Bytesize from scratch with her family she has learnt a lot about developing and running a business which is demonstrated from the care that she has with everyone she deals with. A large part of Victoria’s role is account management and her clients scan a variety of sectors ranging from Nuclear, Transport, Utilities, Education, Public Sector, Private Sector, Aerospace, Corporate, Construction, Finance and many others.

Martyn founded Key Skills which many of you may remember as the PRINCE2 training provider of choice for tens of thousands of people around the world back in the 90’s. Key Skills was the first company in the world to develop an accredited e-learning course for PRINCE2. Martyn has worked in the Project Management training space ever since and as co-founder of Training Bytesize, ensures everything this company is based on has been born from all the good elements that he has experienced over the past 30 years.

Over the years that James has been at Training Bytesize, he has set up a successful operation in Australia which continues to flourish with exciting developments happening all the time. With the experience of launching an office, James has recently moved to the UK to set up our London office. His role focuses on building new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones.

As another co-founder of Training Bytesize, Heather oversees all financial aspects of the business. She is a pivotal part of the business’s continued growth and puts customers needs at the front of everything she does.

John is our lead trainer for most subjects including APM qualifications, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2 and he was also the first Project, Planning and Control trainer to ever be accredited to run the course in the world. John is a good communicator who thrives in a changing environment. As a clear thinker with the ability to stand back and take a view of the wider picture he is able to bridge the gap between business and specialist communities.
With his broad based experience in varied business including Npower, AWE, Rolls Royce, United Utilities, Manchester Training and Enterprise Council, ITSA, Alstom Transport, GE, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Worley Parsons, Islington Borough Council, Cheshire East Council, the NHS and VESTAS to name a few! John offers a solid, common sense approach to project management along with sound knowledge and experience of best practice. He offers experience of the full project / programme lifecycle from identification of the need to change through to assurance of sustained business benefits.

Maddie started her Training Bytesize life in our customer support team and we soon recognised that Maddie had a natural flare and passion for everything marketing. From social media to website development, Maddie manages most aspects of our marketing. And if she gets a spare moment Maddie still enjoys looking after customers and advising on training courses for individuals.

Jen manages the logistics for all our classroom courses.
