What are the Managing Benefits certifications?
Managing Benefits™ offers two internationally recognised certification levels, designed to help professionals understand and apply best practice benefits management throughout the project, programme and portfolio lifecycle.
Managing Benefits™ Foundation
The Foundation qualification introduces the core principles, terminology and practices of benefits management. You’ll learn how organisations identify, plan, monitor and realise benefits, along with the roles, responsibilities and governance needed to support successful outcomes.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to understand the fundamentals of benefits management or is involved in delivering projects, programmes or organisational change.
Managing Benefits™ Practitioner
The Practitioner qualification builds on Foundation knowledge by focusing on the practical application of the Managing Benefits™ framework in real workplace scenarios.
It is designed for professionals responsible for managing, reviewing or supporting benefits realisation across projects and programmes, helping them confidently apply best practice techniques to maximise organisational value and improve investment outcomes.
Combined Foundation & Practitioner
If you’re looking to complete both qualifications in one learning journey, our combined Foundation & Practitioner course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Managing Benefits™ framework while preparing you for both certification examinations.
