Certified PPP Professional (CP3P)

A Public-Private Partnership (PPP) exists when the government and a business work together to provide a service to the public. Managing projects for a PPP requires a very specific skill-set. You’ll need to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and often need to work to tight timescales or challenging objectives. This is also what makes a PPP role so rewarding!

As a Public-Private Partnership Professional, you’ll oversee the management of PPP projects according to an existing framework. A PPP Certification shows that you are knowledgeable about the principles of a PPP and have the requisite skills to achieve successful outcomes from the partnership. You’ll understand the roles, processes and sequence in which tasks need to be completed. A public-private partnership, also known as a PPP, is when a government collaborates with a company within the private sector. Finally, the Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) Level 3 Execution Course is aimed at individuals involved in the structuring and tendering of PPP projects and the management of PPP contracts, mostly public sector officials, practitioners and their advisors or consultants.
