The Agile Business Consortium (ABC) Scrum Master course will enable you to:
- Gain a deep understanding of the Scrum Framework including the theory, practices, roles, rules and values.
- Learn everything there is to know about the responsibilities of the Scrum Master, including how they relate to other stakeholders and other members of the Scrum Team.
