ABOUT THE PRAXIS FRAMEWORK BRIDGING COURSE

The Bridging Course is for those who have previously undertaken training and would prefer to use a more integrated framework going forward.

The course covers the similarities and differences between Praxis and other prominent frameworks; PRINCE2® and MSP® – as well as the APM qualifications, PFQ and PMQ.

Praxis Bridging Course Syllabus

Key learning objectives:

How to apply and tailor the Praxis Framework Management (P3M) functions and the interpersonal skills required of a project or programme manager to the complexity of a given scenario.
The similarities and differences between the Praxis Framework and PRINCE2®, MSP® and APM BoK.

Will Praxis be right for you?

The certifications are designed for all current and aspiring project and programme managers. If currently using a framework, candidates will find the courses valuable as Praxis builds on existing best practice. Those undertaking their first formal training will gain all the knowledge needed to be a modern-day project or programme manager.

Praxis Bridging Course Exam Format

The Bridging Course is another route to becoming a Praxis Framework Practitioner – without the need to have the Praxis Framework Foundation certificate. As a result, at the end of this course you will take the Praxis Framework Practitioner exam.

Complex multiple choice
4 questions per paper
40 marks required to pass – 50%
2.5 hours duration
Open book.
