APM Body of Knowledge 8th Edition Handbook

The APM Body of Knowledge is a foundational resource, providing the concepts, functions and activities that make up professional project management.

The 8^th edition reflects the developing profession and the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world in which projects are delivered. The new expanded edition now includes 117 topics across 33 sections and six chapters.

Key features:

• Addition of two new chapters on the strategic context in which projects are delivered and, for the first time, an exploration of the impact of data and artificial intelligence on project delivery.
• A greater focus on the leadership of teams and the key project controls that ensure project success.
• Clearer alignment with the APM Competence Framework to support those undertaking Continuing Professional Development, APM qualifications or the APM Chartered Project Professional status.
