P3O® Foundation & Practitioner Course

The P3O® Foundation & Practitioner course combines both levels of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) certification into one comprehensive training programme. You’ll learn how to design, implement and manage effective support offices that improve governance, consistency and delivery across projects, programmes and portfolios. Completing both levels prepares you for the Foundation and Practitioner exams and equips you with practical skills you can apply immediately in the workplace.
